The Sammic PES-20 2 in 1: Potato Peeler & Salad Spinner is a combi machine that is manufactured from stainless steel. The aluminium base plate is also lined with silicone carbide abrasive and is easily detachable for cleaning purposes. The unit has a waterproof control board (IP65) that offers improved reliability against moisture and water splash. The 0-6 minute timer and the possibility of continuous operation covers the need of any professional user. Equipped with a liftable transparent polycarbonate cover, complete with locking and safety device. The unit can be used as a potato rumbler, capable of peeling 20 KG per cycle. In addition, the unit can be used as a salad dryer, capable of drying 2 KG per cycle (20 Kg/Hr).
