These super vitrified 70(Ø)mm ramekins are made of extremely hard and durable ceramic in order to withstand heavy commercial usage. Each ramekin is finished in a kiln-reactive glaze to give a characteristic speckled pattern and a hand-painted rim. These ramekins are thermal shock resistant and perfect for everything from serving nibbles and olives to baking crème brûlées. A larger 90(Ø)mm size is also available, allowing you to sell large and regular sizes or offer desserts to share. Suitable for commercial dishwasher cycles.
